How to save ideas and commitments from chat in Notes

An idea can appear in the middle of a conversation. In CleverNote Notes, ask to keep it without starting with a form.
Say what needs to be remembered
Open Notes and give a clear instruction: “save that Ana suggested testing the proposal with three customers before Friday.” Add enough context to understand the note a month later: who, which project and what was agreed.
Asking a question is different from saving a note. Check the confirmation that the information was saved. If you only discussed an idea and want to keep it, explicitly ask to save it.
Review the created note
Open the note in your archive and check that its text represents what you meant. AI may identify people and reminders, but names and dates need review. “Friday” without enough context may not mean the date you intended.
Correct the note or extraction when necessary. For an important decision, use a complete date and record the reason for the choice.
Return with a question
Later, ask “what test did Ana suggest for the proposal?” Open the cited source and check that it is the right note. If the topic grows, gather related notes in a stack.
