Installation
- Open the App Store on iPhone
- Search for “CleverNote”
- Tap Get
It is a small download. Works on iPhones with iOS 16.4 or later.
First access: link or code
CleverNote doesn’t use passwords. Login arrives by email two ways, and you choose: a single-use link or a 6-digit code.
- Open the app and enter your email
- Open the email with subject “Your CleverNote access link”
- Tap the link (the app opens directly, already logged in), or go back to the app and type the 6-digit code
The link and the code expire in 15 minutes. If you already created an account on the website, use the same email.
Tip: the email sometimes goes to Spam or Other the first time. Check and mark as “not spam.” The code is handy precisely when the link is slow to arrive or you’d rather type.
Navigation
The app has 6 tabs in the bottom bar:
- Home: quick dashboard, capture, recent notes
- Archive: complete note list with search
- People: extracted entities (people and providers)
- Finance: expense and income dashboard
- Notifications: alerts and reminders
- Account: settings, language, subscription
