CleverNote on iPhone: choose Finance or Notes

CleverNote now offers apps with distinct purposes. Before installing, choose the experience that matches what you want to do.
Which app to open
- CleverNote Finance: receipts, transactions, planning and wealth.
- CleverNote: Notes & Reminders: notes, documents, people and reminders.
Use the download links on the Finance and Notes pages to reach the correct app and check availability. In a browser, you can also open Finance or Notes.
Use the same account
Sign in with the same email in both products to access your account and subscription. Access can be confirmed using the emailed link or code. Each installation has its own session; signing in to one does not automatically sign in to the other.
Navigation has changed
Notes brings together Home, notes, people and reminders. Finance brings together Home, transactions, planning and wealth. Account contains common settings such as subscription and privacy. The old navigation mixing the archive and finance no longer describes these apps.
Capture in the right product
For an idea or project document, open Notes. For an expense, open Finance. When sharing a file from another app, check which CleverNote is receiving it and verify the capture confirmation.
Clear photos and audio improve extraction. After processing, review important dates, names and amounts. Capture, search and chat require a connection.
Notifications
Allow notifications for the app you use and review preferences in Account. iPhone settings can also block alerts. If both apps are installed, check the product shown in the notification and the destination it opens.

Prices by platform
The App Store shows the price in your account storefront currency before confirmation. Website subscriptions are billed by Stripe in US$, CA$, or R$, in the currency chosen before you confirm. Check the price displayed by the channel where you subscribe.
