Why this exists

The hard part isn't knowing what to do. It's remembering at the right moment.

A lot of people with ADHD know the pattern: a thought shows up in the middle of something else, turns into a note somewhere, and disappears. Writing it down was never the problem. The problem is the note not coming back when it matters.

“I hope the system comes to me instead of me opening it.”

That's what CleverNote is for: coming to you with what matters, and leaving the rest alone.

Deadlines with money on the line

The ADHD tax hides in deadlines. CleverNote warns you first.

A free trial that turns into a charge, a return window, a warranty, a cancellation deadline, a document about to expire. When a note mentions one of these, CleverNote keeps the date and warns you ahead of time, with the source note attached.

Did CleverNote get it wrong? Fix it in one sentence, like “the warranty is 2 years.”

Alerts for deadlines, promises, and dates like birthdays are part of the paid plans and the 15-day trial. Reminders you ask for work on every plan.

People

Forgot what someone told you? CleverNote kept it.

Names, plans, and promises stay linked to each person. Ask “what did I say I'd send Ana?” and get the answer with the note it came from.

CleverNote also keeps track of what you owe and what you're owed, so none of it lives only in your memory.

Reminders

A reminder from one sentence. If something's missing, it asks.

Write “plumber comes Friday afternoon” and CleverNote sets up the reminder. When the date or time isn't clear, you confirm it first, with one tap.

The reminder arrives as a push on your phone and an email, with the original note attached.

Right in the notification: Done, Snooze 1h, or Tomorrow. For what can't slip, CleverNote reminds you again if you don't respond: on your phone, every 30 minutes, up to 3 times. You choose which ones.

Push requires permission on your device. Email reminders arrive together in a digest.

Before you start

Is this a medical app?

No. CleverNote is a notes and reminders app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It helps you get what you need to remember out of your head and brings it back when it's time.

Does CleverNote ask if I have ADHD?

No. It never asks about a diagnosis, and there is no “ADHD mode.” Every feature works for anyone whose head is full.

Do I need to set up folders, tags, or categories?

No. CleverNote adds titles, categories, and tags on its own. You can group notes into stacks if you like, but none of it is required.

What if CleverNote gets something wrong?

Fix it in one sentence, like “the warranty is 2 years.” The original stays saved, and you can tell what the note said apart from your own correction.

Where does the answer come from?

From what you saved. Each answer points to the passage in your note that supports it, so you can check it.

Do deadline alerts work on the Free plan?

Reminders you ask for work on every plan. Alerts CleverNote finds on its own (deadlines, promises, and dates like birthdays) are part of the paid plans and the 15-day trial.

Get it out of your head now. Ask later.

The next thing you can't forget already has somewhere to go.
