CleverNote

How much did I spend on that? Ask and get the answer with the source

You do not need a spreadsheet or a category to know what you spent. Snap the receipt, send the voice note, or type it. CleverNote pulls out the amount, date, and category, adds it up on its own, and when you ask in plain English it answers with the entries it used to get there.

Real example

How it works

  1. Throw the expense in however it comes: a photo of the receipt, a voice note saying what you paid, or a typed line.
  2. CleverNote pulls out the amount, date, category, and the person or place involved, and shows you what it understood.
  3. Ask in chat: how much did I spend on groceries in May? How much have I paid Bruno this year?
  4. The answer arrives with the entries behind it. If one is wrong, you correct it in a sentence and CleverNote learns.

Why CleverNote for this

FAQ

Do I have to categorize expenses before I can ask?
No. CleverNote pulls the category from the receipt or the line you sent. You only step in when you disagree, and the correction carries to similar ones.
How do I know the number is right?
Every answer shows the entries that went into it. You open the source note and check the receipt behind each one.
Does it work without connecting a bank?
It does. The dashboard builds itself from the receipts, voice notes, and lines you capture. Connecting a bank is optional, available in the United States and Canada only, read-only, and CleverNote never moves money.
What does it cost?
Free up to 15 notes and 30 questions per month, or US$4.99/month unlimited.
