Trial: 15 days of the paid plan

When you create an account, you get a 15-day trial with full access to the paid plan. No credit card. At the end of the trial, you automatically go to Free, no charge.

In CleverNote web, go to Account → Subscription → Subscribe. Checkout is via Stripe. You receive a confirmation email and the subscription activates immediately.

On iPhone, you subscribe on the website (clevernote.net), in your browser. The iPhone app does not charge you or offer any in-app purchase: it only shows your usage for the month.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in Account → Subscription → Manage. When you cancel, you keep paid plan access until the end of the already-paid period. Then you go to Free automatically.

No data loss on cancellation. Your notes stay intact forever.

What counts as a “note” toward the monthly limit

Each captured item counts as exactly 1 note:

Typed text → 1 note
Submitted photo → 1 note
Imported PDF → 1 note, regardless of the number of pages
Forwarded email → 1 note, with attachments included

The counter resets on the 1st of each month.

What counts as a “question” toward the monthly limit

Each message sent to chat counts as 1 question. System responses don’t count. The counter resets with the note counter.
