CleverNote captures **text, photos, audio and PDFs** and turns them into structured memory you can search and ask in natural language. Each answer cites the original note it came from, and you can correct any misunderstanding in a single sentence. The correction is audited and feeds back into the model.

## How CleverNote works (one paragraph)

When you add a note (typed, photo, voice or PDF), CleverNote returns it usable immediately (optimistic capture) while a background pipeline runs two tiers of enrichment: Tier 1 turns media into text (vision for posters and cards, Whisper for voice, PdfPig with OCR fallback for PDFs), corrects grammar without overwriting the original, generates a title if missing, classifies category and tags, and computes embeddings (pgvector). Tier 2 extracts entities, expenses, and reminders, with dates resolved against the note's actual date, not "today". Chat is agentic: it can call `search_notes`, `find_entities`, `query_finance`, and `list_reminders` to assemble cited answers. Proactive notifications (alerts and resurfacing) run via cron and are delivered as in-app notifications and email digests (throttled to ≤1/hour).
